Empirical analysis of the loss of funds and public property for fiscal years 2000-01 to 2007-08, for the estimation of an Index of incidents of lost property by agency, by municipality and by consortium, adjusted for the number of employees and agency.

Analyze the incidence of lost property by agency, municipality and consortium in Puerto Rico (2000-01 to 2007-08) using empirical data to estimate an Index adjusted for number of employees and agency.
