Description:

It presents an econometric model that forecasts the demand for housing in Puerto Rico at the aggregate level. It uses spatial dynamics models with various geographical criteria to disaggregate the units predicted to the 78 municipalities. It contains additional information regarding the housing industry such as the quality of the housing stock, sanitary facilities, type of housing construction, among others.

Analyze the econometric model and geographical criteria to forecast and disaggregate housing demand in the 78 municipalities of Puerto Rico.
