Description:

The so-called Parker Report responds to the visit, in March 1987, of Mr. Robert P. Parker. Associate Director of National Accounts of the U.S. Department of Commerce. The report, prepared at the request of the Puerto Rico Planning Board, provides recommendations for the future direction of national accounts for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
