Description:

It provides statistics on the registration of regular corporations and not-for-profit corporations with the State Department. It includes statistics on the opening of corporations, the closing of corporations, the certificate of compliance and the filing of the annual report.

Objective:

Provide information on transactions carried out at the Department of State by corporations registered in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
