It promotes the participation of all sectors, generating a sense of shared responsibility in the search for better conditions for all. It allows us to evaluate the long-term impact of programs and public policies. It makes it possible to compare Puerto Rico with the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia and the 78 municipalities of the Puerto Rican archipelago.
