Description:

Review of the FDES published by the UN in 1984. It seeks to: (1) outline the scope of environmental statistics and their constituents; (2) contribute to the evaluation of data requirements, sources and availability; (3) guide the development of multipurpose data collection processes; and (4) assist in the coordination and organization of environmental statistics.

Objective:

Apply the principles of the Framework for the Development of Environment Statistics (FDES2013) to outline scope, evaluate data requirements, guide data collection, and organize environmental statistics.
