Waste characterization study for 31 landfills and 2 transshipment stations in Puerto Rico. The objectives of the study are to identify the sources of solid waste (commercial, industrial, institutional and residential), identify the types of solid waste and estimate the quantities (weight and volume) of waste received daily in landfills in Puerto Rico.
