Objective:

Estimate the percentage of adults living in Puerto Rico based on food security levels in the USDA classification system.

Description:

Telephone survey conducted as a supplement to the Puerto Rico Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Telephone calls are made to a sample of households and a person 18 years of age or older (adults) is interviewed. In addition to making the report of the results of this survey available to users, the microdatabase will be made available to citizens, together with the other BRFSS microdata bases so that users can carry out their own analyses.
