To order the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) to transfer, free of charge, to the Puerto Rico Institute of Statistics, the ownership of land and structure, located on Roosevelt Avenue, in Hato Rey, Municipality of San Juan, to ensure that the headquarters of the Institute are located in an accessible building with the space necessary to carry out its mission.

To implement the Plan to Quantify Unpaid Work in Puerto Rico; create the Special Committee to Quantify Time Use in Puerto Rico; order the Committee to carry out a Time Use Survey; establish the functions, purpose and composition of the Committee; and order the Committee to quantify the magnitude of unpaid work, analyze the gender disparity in participation in unpaid work, study demographic and social variables that affect the disparity of participation in unpaid work, and quantify the value of unpaid work within the Gross National Product.

To order the Puerto Rico Statistics Institute to carry out a formal census, with all the necessary research and scientific guidelines to help clarify the number of deaf people in the country, as well as their peculiarities and language used to communicate.
