To order the Committee on Economic Development, Planning, Telecommunications, Public-Private Partnerships and Energy of the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico to conduct continuous research on all matters related to economic priorities; planning, telecommunications; Public-Private Partnerships, energy, exchange and commercial competition at local, interstate or with other jurisdictions outside the United States of America; monopoly in its various expressions; technology and biotechnology; the economy of knowledge; strategic infrastructure projects that tend to economic development; and those issues and situations of industry, commerce, telecommunications, public-private alliances, energy and the economy in general.

To create the “Law on the Registration of Trusted Positions”, for the purpose of establishing that all departments, agencies, corporations and instruments of the Government of Puerto Rico, its municipalities, the Legislative Assembly and the Judicial Branch keep a record of positions of trust and send information on the name, academic preparation, work and salary, compensation and any additional emoluments.

To order the Department of Family Affairs, in coordination with the Planning Board, the Institute of Statistics and the Office of Preparedness and Coordination of Public Health Response (OPCRSP) of the Department of Health of the Government of Puerto Rico, to carry out a special census on the vulnerable population of Puerto Rico, as defined in the study prepared by George Washington University after the devastating hurricane Maria, the result of which must be submitted to the Legislative Assembly on or before January 30, 2019; and for others related purposes.
