It includes data collected from each post-secondary institution that receives Title IV funding. The data is grouped into three collections and 9 forms throughout the academic year. IPEDS collects data on enrollment, graduates, human resources, graduation rates, finances, institutional profile and economic assistance. In Puerto Rico, CESPR is the agency responsible for coordinating these reports for institutions that are in the jurisdiction of the ELA. Other states and territories are responsible for their institutions.
